BookCliff Vineyards Merlot 2004

Cherry, plum and tobacco come through on the nose as well as the palate in this light bodied red. The clean, crisp finish makes this an ideal and versatile food pairing wine.

BookCliff Vineyards Ensemble 2004

This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. This wine has smooth tannins and bright acid with flavors of blackberries and black pepper. These characteristics combined with flavors of vanilla on the lingering finish make this our best selling wine. Will improve 7-10 years.

BookCliff Vineyards Cabernet Franc Reserve 2005

The body is rich in fruit flavors. This wine was aged for 18 months in new French oak, which gives it a smoky and rich flavor profile. These flavors, along with the silky smooth tannins and the red and dark fruits all combine for perfectly balanced wine that will only get better with age.

Fruity nose, which is followed by jammy flavors. Bright in the middle with hints of black cherries, raspberries and a smooth finish. Perfect with steak.

BookCliff Vineyards Chardonnay 2006  

This wine is very clean, with a body rich in flavors of oak and fruit that are well balanced. The caramel and butter tones of this wine pair well with poultry.

Intense aromas of tropical fruits in the bouquet. This is a full bodied white with flavors of papaya, pineapple and a nice minerality. Crisp, clean finish that’s perfect with salmon or turkey.

BookCliff Vineyards Finali

There is no better way to end a meal than with this port-style dessert wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Fruit forward and complex it is sweet (but not “too” sweet) and has just a hint of spiciness. Pair this wine with anything chocolate, such as molten cake or chocolate covered strawberries. Should last for years
